  2. Initiating the Claim
    • Task: Start a GAP claim via the DGW website.

    • Required Data: Contract number, last name, or VIN details.

  3. Contract and Claim Details
    • Task: Locate and start claim process on the DGW website.

    • Required Data: Contract specifics, email, and mailing address.

  4. Document Submission
    • Task: Submit required documents in specified formats.

    • Required Documents: Loan/Lease Agreements, Buyer’s Orders, Additional Contracts, etc.

  5. Claim Tracking and Updates
    • Task: Monitor claim progress through notifications.
